PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate movement extending over the inside and outside of an area by automatically originating a call to the telephone number of a party and transmitting the notice of moving at responding by the opposite party, when the location is changed from the inside of area to the outside of area or from the outside of area to the inside of area between the last detection cycle and the current detection cycle. SOLUTION: When a digital portable telephone set moves at a spot A (Ax, At) 204 in an area A201 through a moving route 207 to a spot B (Bx, By) in an area B205, it is discriminated that the telephone set is moved to an 'unfixed area' at a spot P1 208 exceeding an outer area radius 202 and it is discriminated that the telephone set is moved to the area B at a spot P2 208 inside an inner area radius 213 of the area B205. When it is discriminated the extracted current position is out of the area A, a call is automatically originated to the destination to report at moving stored in a moving time report destination storage means and when the party answers, it reports to the effect that the telephone set has gone out of the area A.
