PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a lowering of power consumption, a higher cooling efficiency and a lower noise, in a cooler for cooling combining a heat generating device (wireless device) installed in a building 1 with an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This cooler is constituted of a room unit 5 installed facing a heat exhaust part of a wireless device 4, an outdoor unit 6 installed on a rooftop of a building 1, a steam pipe 7 linking an evaporator 10 of the room unit 5 to a condenser 13 of the outdoor unit 6, a liquid return pipe 8 and the like. In the evaporator 10, a refrigerant in a tube derives a high temperature air of heat of vaporization to cool the high temperature air when the high temperature air heated by exhaust heat from the wireless device 4 passes through a clearance between fins. The evaporated refrigerant flows into the condenser 13 through the steam pipe 7. In the condenser 13, a vapor refrigerant flowing through the tube is cooled to be condensed by a heat exchange with a low temperature air passing through the clearance between the fins. The refrigerant being condensed into drops is recirculated to the evaporator 10 through the liquid return pipe 8 by the dead load thereof from a lower tank.
