PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a sample with high sensitivity by using a spectrophotometer which uses a diffraction grating as a replica product and which is provided with a flow cell in a detection part. SOLUTION: An airtight space is formed on the surface side of a diffraction grating 10 by the surface of a grating holder 12, by a spacer 14 and by a transparent quartz plate 16, and an air layer is sealed up. The circumferential face excluding the surface of the grating holder 12 is covered with a heat insulating member 18. A heater 20 is heated by a temperature regulating circuit 24 on the basis of a signal from a temperature sensor 22, and the temperature of the diffraction grating 10 is kept constant. A space which contains a flow cell 30 and an inflow-liquid heat-insulating part 40 which guides a liquid to the flow cell 30 is covered with a heat-insulating material 34. A heater 36 is heated by the temperature regulating circuit 24 on the basis of a signal from a temperature sensor 38, and the temperature of the flow cell 30 and that of the inflow- liquid heat-insulating part 40 are kept constant. Thereby, the temperature of a mobile phase and that of a sample in a light irradiation position become constant.
