PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller improved in a working efficiency when signal wires or the like are guided to a multitude of same controllers. SOLUTION: A multi-point inputting type controller is equipped with a control substrate 6 on which a microcomputer or a sequencer for controlling input and output based on a multitude of signals is mounted, inputting means 11, 24 for inputting a multitude of signals into the control substrate and outputting means 11, 24 for outputting a multitude of signals out of the control substrate. In such a controller, a relay substrate 6 connecting the control substrate to the inputting means and the outputting means electrically is provided. Transition wires connecting the inputting means and the outputting means to the control substrate previously are wired through print wiring or actual wiring in accordance with the reference diagram of wiring.
