PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the suction efficiency high even when a liquid of a high viscosity is housed by partitioning a specified space from a spout attaching section to the deep end in a liquid housing bag, and enclosing a frame structure in a such a manner that the bottom section of the housing bag may be pulled into the specified space when the liquid is sucked. SOLUTION: Two sheets of synthetic resin 1a, and 1b comprising a flat vinyl or the like having flexibility, are superposed, and the end portion regions are heat-welded, and a bag main body 1 is formed. Then, a spout 3 is welded in the central region of the upper end edge, and in the meantime, an end portion region on the confronted portion with the spout 3 is left unwelded. Under this state, a frame structure 10 is enclosed from the opening section of the unwelded region. That is, the frame structure 10 is positioned in such a manner that the claw 12c of an engaging protuberance 12b which is formed on the engaging section 12 is engaged with a section to be engaged, of the spout 3. Therefore, when a liquid in the bag main body 1 is sucked, the internal surface of the bag main body 1 is closely joined to the outer peripheral portion of the frame structure 10, and the internal space of the bag main body 1 is maintained, and the liquid can be sucked to the very last.
