PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid easy to replace an operation substrate by arranging many operation buttons on the top surface of the lid and elimination welding of an outer lid and a substrate cover. SOLUTION: The lid is provided with a recessed part 22 with a drawing port on a rear side and the operation substrate 10 in the shape of a horse shoe to be housed in this part 22. Then, the lid is provided with a large display board 13 fixed to the lid 3 by plural engaging pawls 23 and adhesion by a both-side tape in the shape of individually surrounding the whole periphery of the part 22 for housing the substrate 10 and the whole periphery of the pawls 23 from the outside of the lid 3 on the upper surface this substrate 10, and is provided with the substrate cover blocking the lead wire drawing port of the part 22.
