<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture a resistor having a low resistance by a method wherein a resistor is buried in a recess provided on a ceramic substrate, and one end of an electrode is respectively provided so as to connect both ends of the resistor, and further a protection layer is provided so as to cover an exposure part of the resistant body. SOLUTION: A recess is provided on an upper face of a ceramic substrate 1, and a resistor 7 is buried in the recess, and one end of an electrode 6 having a higher conductivity than that of the resistor 7 is respectively provided on the ceramic substrate 1 so as to connect both ends of the resistor 7. Furthermore, a protection resin film 5 is printed and cured so as to cover an exposure of the resistor 7, and a force is applied on a break groove, to manufacture a chip resistor. A barrel plating treatment is made in a piece of these chip resistors, and a nickel plating film and a solder plating film are formed on a surface of an exposed electrode 6. Thus, it is possible to stably manufacture the resistor having a low resistance.</p> |
