PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber stopper for draining which exhibits an excellent water stopping property while suppressing the bite of water stopping surfaces and is extremely easily mountable to a drain port. SOLUTION: The outer peripheral surface of a stopper part 3 having an approximately spherical outer peripheral surface is recessed with annular parallel grooves 41 in multiple stages, by which many thin annular projecting films 42 for water stopping are integrally molded axially in parallel between the respective grooves. All of the projection heights of these annular projecting films 42 are set uniform. The water stopping surfaces 4 formed with the water stopping surfaces 41 as the elastically deformable spaces of the annular projecting films 42 are formed.
