PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which softly supports the head, is capable of providing the good air permeability of the pillow and is highly convenient by providing the front surface in the rest part of a pillow body with a plurality of bar-shaped rest members having flexibility in an array with relief intervals. SOLUTION: The front surface in the rest part of the pillow body 3 is lined up with a plurality of the bar-shaped rest members 2 having the flexibility and is provided with these members in the array with relief intervals H which do not hinder the deformation at the time of pressing between the adjacent rest members 2. Side rest parts 30 which receive the side head part when the user is in a posture lying on his or her side and a rear rest part 31 of a low height which receives the rear head when the user in a posture lying on his or her back are integrally formed at the pillow body 3. The rest members 2 are disposed in the array atop the rest parts of the side rest parts 30 and the rear rest part 31.
