PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make freely and easily changeable the storage location of image data without spoiling user's convenience by assigning a unique identifier to the image data and specifying the management of the storage location of the image data by using the identifier. SOLUTION: The unique identifier is assigned to the image data and this identifier is used to manage and specify the storage location of the image data. On this device, a print order 801 is composed of >=1 suborders 802. The suborders 802 are units printed by a print server and identified with suborder IDs which are unique serial numbers (001, 002...) in the main order. An image ID is for identifying an image and constitutes a suborder 802 as one order item. This image ID 805 is uniquely issued.
