<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failures such as a non-adhesion part or cracks from occurring at an overlaid part or its proximity even when a supplying condition of a powdery overlaying material varies. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a nozzle 4 for supplying a powdery overlaying material M to a processing point W, and a light condensing head 5 for radiating a laser beam L to the material M supplied to the processing point W and forming a bead B. The device also has a radiation part 6A and a light receiving part 6B of a detecting laser beam for detecting displacement of a reaching position of the material M and error of a spreading width Wp at the processing point W, a nozzle driving mechanism 8 for driving the nozzle 4 and correcting the displacement of the reaching point of the material M, and a nozzle diameter variable mechanism 10 for correcting error of the spreading width Wp of the material M by varying a diameter D of the nozzle 4.</p> |
