PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a layer thickness intended in a porous coating layer. SOLUTION: At least one separate layer 21 is disposed on a base layer 13 and then, the separate layer 21 is formed in holes of a porous coating layer 15 in adjacent to the base layer 13. A deposition of the separate layer 21 is carried out by an electroless plating or an electroplating. For the electroplating deposition of the separate layer, a ceramic carrier 11 sintered with the base layer 13 and the coating layer 15 is immersed in an electroplating bath and is connected to the base layer 13 making it as a cathode. The electroless deposition is carried out from a solution of metal 32 to be deposited to which a reducing agent is added.
