PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a hard memory in a DAB radio and to record the service of the DAB. SOLUTION: The service information is specified in advance by a user. When the service of service information matched with the service information specified by the user is received with respect to services in being selected in the DAB radio, the digital signal of the audio stream is transmitted to a recording and reproducing part 25 of an MD recording and reproducing device 12 via data busses 30 to be recorded on the MD of the recording and reproducing part 25.
