摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make variable the cutting quantity of a machining cycle similarly to feed speed and main shaft rotating speed, for example, during machining by providing a means which varies the cutting quantity of the machining cycle at the time of the generation and execution of a tool path and a means which generates and executes the tool path according to the varied cutting quantity. SOLUTION: This controller is equipped with the cutting quantity varying means which varies the cutting quantity of the machining cycle at the time of the generation and execution of the tool path and the tool path generating means which generates and executes the tool path according to the varied cutting quantity. This device has a cutting override switch 16 operated by an operator during the machining to indicate the cutting override value DOV of a cutting quantity command. A tool path generation part 15, therefore, determines the cutting quantity in the machining from the cutting quantity command and the cutting override value DOV from the cutting override switch 16 and generates a tool path Ln, which is executed by an interpolation command execution part 5.
