PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take sure data by restricting adhesion of cut dust to a data-taking apparatus, suppress contamination to surroundings by controlling cut dust not to pop outside, and improve a safety in working, for example, cleaning a slicing chamber, mounting, detaching a cutter holder or the like. SOLUTION: A cover 20 is arranged at the side of a data-taking apparatus 12 of a cutter 5. The cover 20 is mounted to a cutter holder 3 integrally movably with the cutter 5. The cover 20 is formed to project forward by a predetermined amount from the side of the data-taking apparatus 12 to a movement direction of the cutter 5, thereby restricting scattering of a cut dust 10 towards the data-taking apparatus 12 and outside and at the same time covering the cutter 5 to improve a safety.
