PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate toe adjustment and suppress working the working manhour from increasing by decentering a central axis of a ball stud from the outer circumferential central axis of a housing and by rotating the housing about the hole part of a rod. SOLUTION: The outer circumferential central axis O of a housing 17 of a joint device 1 and the center O' of an inner wall hole of the housing 17 are formed differently. This constitution can change the length of a ball stud 12 from the central axis O' to the installation part 33 by rotating the housing 17 about the outer circumferential central axis O in inserting the housing 17 in the hole part 32 of the rod 31. The distance from the wheel support body connected to the rod 31 to the shaft 51 of a gear box can be changed by the ball joint 11 so that the toes of the left/right wheels can be adjusted by the installation position in inserting the housing 17 in the hole part 32.
