PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive cost reduction and the rationalization of execution by covering a range of the lower end of one side of a synthetic resin foam plate to at least prescribed height with a sheet material composed of an anti-corrosion material enduring for the secretion of a termite. SOLUTION: The whole of one side 2a of a synthetic resin foam plate 2 formed in a rectangular plate or a range of the lower end 14b of one side 2a to at least prescribed height is covered with a sheet material 5 composed of an anti-corrosion material enduring for the secretion of a termite. This sheet material 5 is preferably composed of stainless steel and a stainless mesh being a mesh-like member having a plurality of stitches. In addition, at least a part of the edge part 5a of the sheet material 5 is preferably projected from the synthetic resin foam plate 2. Thereby cost reduction and the rationalization of execution can be contrived.
