PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a promoter excellent in a growth accelerating effect on a vascular endothelial cell by including a compound having a glucuronic acid derivative and a glucosamine derivative in the structure as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: A compound having a glucuronic acid derivative and a glucosamine derivative bath in formula I R1 is a protecting group, OR12 [R12 is H, a protecting group, a group of formula II-IV (R14-R30 except for R15, R19 and R28 are each H or a protecting group; R15, R19 and R28 are each azido group or the like] or the like; R2-R8 and R9-R11 are each H or a protecting group; (n) is 0-25} is included as an active ingredient. Preferably, dose of the promoter per day for an adult is 0.01-100 mg/kg as an amount of the compound of formula I as the active ingredient in the case of oral administration and 0.001-10 mg/kg in the case of parenteral administration. The promoter is effective for a cardiovascular disease, a cerebrovascular disorder, or the like. |
