STACK FLUE INTEGRATED SMOKE CONSUMING MULTI-PURPOSE KILN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kiln useable for multi-purpose application and having processing functions such as smoke consuming wherein upper stacks and intermediate and lower flues of furnaces are connected and integrated with each other, respectively, and control and processing for combustion, carbonization, and combustion smoke are facilitated, and combustion heat and smoke are effectively utilized. SOLUTION: For combustion stacks of combustion furnaces, and carbonization flues of carbonization furnaces intermediate layers and internal and external flues re provided for integration with the formers whereby combustion, carbonization, and combustion smoke are easily controlled with an opening and closing dampers. A position of a recombustion furnace is adjusted and an upper portion of rotation spiral is cut to provide inclination to the flue whereby combustion efficiency is derived to the utmost. Water vapor high temperature saturation state is brought about with the same components as those of smoke, and sprinkling and washing are executed to improve smoke consuming and removal efficiency. Further, for stable function operation continuous water sprinkling washing removal for combustion smoke is ensured with both use of a windmill 19 and a water wheel 18 together with effective use of combustion heat and smoke and with simultaneous production of a processing agent, whereby functional smoke consuming processing capability is demonstrated to the utmost and also processing time is shortened. Oxidization and reduction processings are ensured with high and low temperature control functions to improve production efficiency.
