PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an optical fiber from being wind-loosened caused by the drop of the temperature of a bobbin after winding the optical fiber in a wind- loosening preventive method of the bobbin for winding the optical fiber in an optical fiber manufacturing process, and prevent the wind-loosening or wind- collapse in delivering the optical fiber in a next process of an optical fiber cable etc. SOLUTION: An optical fiber is forcibly cooled immediately before the optical fiber is wound in an optical fiber manufacturing process, the temperature is dropped to the environmental temperature of the optical fiber manufacturing process, and the optical fiber is wound around the bobbin, and the thermal expansion of the bobbin is avoided by the heat of the optical fiber during the winding.
