PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of electronic equipment by reducing the exterior size of a touch panel, and to prevent adverse effects on the inner devices of the electronic equipment, such as a LSI of a circuit substrate caused for example due to the inflow of static electricity from a terminal electrode patterns in an inside of the touch panel by carrying out static electricity protection along the circumference on the peripheral edge part of the upper surface of the touch panel. SOLUTION: Electronic equipment with a touch panel 6 subject to touch operations is provided with a conductive member 40, disposed on the peripheral edge part of an upper surface of the touch panel 6, and a grounding member electrically is led to a ground. The conductive member 40 has a ring shape along the circumference on the peripheral edge part of the upper surface of the touch panel 6. The conductive member 40 is integrally formed with a flexible conductive terminal part 40a which serves as a grounding member.
