PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such problems that an operator is informed of an abnormality too late and the operation of a safety mechanism is delayed by varying a prescribed time when an abnormality is judged according to the operation position of an actuator or the position of a section. SOLUTION: The prescribed time when an abnormality is judged is varied according to the operation position of the actuator or the position of a section. When the state of the operating section is changed by driving the actuator, this device detects variation of a rear cover angle sensor 3 for the time corresponding to the state, e.g. a long time when a rear cover 2 is grounded and a tractor 10 is hard to move and a short time when the rear cover 2 floats and the tractor 10 is easy to move. Thus, an abnormality of the actuator or sensor or an abnormality of a constituent member for controlling them is detected. Here, the rear cover 2 is the section which changes the state by a hydraulic cylinder 1 for working machine elevation and the rear cover angle sensor 3 detects the position of the section.
