PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device for generating sufficiently powerful attracting force by an attraction device using a magnet, and moreover preventing the overturn of a cargo when the cargo is pushed by a shoe to be moved. SOLUTION: Plural slats are provided with shoes movable in an orthogonal direction to a carrying path, and are formed of a rectilinear guide part 24 for guiding rollers 22, provided on the back surface sides of the respective shoes, in a rectilinear direction along a carrying path; and a branch guide part 26 branched from the said part 24 to guide the rollers 22 in the orthogonal direction to the carrying path. The said part 26 is provided with plural attraction part 31 for attracting the rollers 22 from the said part 24 to the said part 26 by the magnetic force of an electromagnet 31c, and plural guide rails 33 for guiding the rollers 22 attracted to the said part 26. The tilted angle B of the device 31 is set larger than the tilted angle A1 of the rail 33.
