PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose net bag by which a powdery body can be strained without making it splash, and also, a water-draining can be performed in a refrigerator. SOLUTION: An inner bag 3 of a net for straining or water-draining is provided in a water-unpermeable outer bag having a discharging hole 4 on the bottom portion, and the depth dimension of the inner bag 3 is formed to be shorter than that of the outer bag 1, and on the opening 2 and the discharging hole 4 of the outer bag 1, fasteners 5 and 6 are respectively attached, and thus, a powdery body can be prevented from splashing when being used as a strainer, and when being used for a waster-draining, water is accumulated on the bottom portion of the outer bag 1, and a fresh food which is water-drained can be kept in a refrigerator as it is.
