PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space radiator using carbon-carbon boards as a heat- radiating board, enhancing the joining strength by properly joining the carbon- carbon board to a heat pipe, and not causing the exfoliation in the fibers of carbon-carbon itself by an impact. SOLUTION: An insert plate 2 is placed on the flat part of a heat-pipe container 5, and the directions of carbon-carbon fibers are brought into line with each other to be perpendicular to the heat-pipe container 5 to extend heat all over the whole, and two sheets of carbon-carbon boards 4, 4 are arranged on the left and right of the insert plate 2. Then, a cover plate 1 is provided on the upper part of two joining parts of the insert plate 2 and the carbon- carbon boards 4, and a soldering material is arranged on these joining parts to carry out vacuum soldering 3.
