PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device compact and highly reliable by making an air permeable heat accumulator of a heat exchanger made of a wire net heat accumulator at the inlet side of a back washing gas and a honeycomb heat accumulator at the outlet side to balance air permeation resistance, a heat exchanged capacity, a heating surface area, static and dynamic strengths and the like. SOLUTION: A dust-containing high temp. gas such as a waste combustion gas of a boiler or the like is introduced into a can body 10, the high temp. purified gas in which dust is remove by each filter 12, is passed through each ejector chamber 20 and is used as a driving source of a gas turbine or the like and the dust collected in the filter 12 is discharged from a dust hopper 10b of the underside out of the system. The back washing and the regeneration of the filter 12 are completed by opening a solenoid valve 23 to adiabatically expand a high pressure gas of a gas bomb 22 by a jetting nozzle 21 to make the temp. lower than that of the treating gas, elevating the temp. by a heat exchanger 40 of an air permeable heat accumulator, blowing off the dust stuck to the filter 12 in a filtration chamber 13. As a result, air permeation resistance, heat exchange capacity, a heating surface area and thermal and mechanical strengths and the like are balanced and high practicability and high reliability with compactness are attained.
