PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rapidity of analgesic and antiinflammatory efficiencies for reducing pain and inflammation such as tendovaginitis or the like at an elbow joint or the like by preparing a skin contacting agent formed from a potassium derivative and a skin contacting agent formed from a sodium derivative in a skin contacting agent formed from derivatives of metals different from each other and belonging to alkali metals. SOLUTION: A skin contacting body is formed from a pair of a skin contacting one formed from potassium chloride as one kind of metal derivative and a skin contacting one formed from sodium chloride. The skin contacting body is preferably formed in such a way that 20 to 30% powder of potassium chloride and 20 to 30% powder of sodium chloride are mixed into a carbon sintered body or an electric- conductive artificial rubber to form into a thin leaf shape having a thickness of 1.5 mm and a diameter of about 6 mm. When the skin contacting body is used to reduce a pain of an elbow joint caused by tendovaginitis or the like and a pain of a knee joint caused by a distorsion or the like, the skin contacting body is skin-contacted to a stimulating point of an optical region on a route related to the stimulating point showing low skin electric resistance. A lesion is activated to thereby enhance function for its spontaneous recovery.
