PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily lock a wagon regardless of the kinds of casters. SOLUTION: A base is provided with an interlocking member 12 which is laterally moved by the turning manipulation of a manipulation lever. Diagonally downwardly facing slopes 20 are formed at both ends thereof. A guide box 19 disposed at the base is freely vertically provided with rods 22. Guide pins 31 projectingly disposed at the rods 22 are disposed to face the slopes 20 of the interlocking member 12. When the guide pins 31 projectingly sliding the interlocking member 12, stoppers 25 fitted from below to the rods 22 brace to a floor surface and the wagon is locked. Then, the rods can make downward motion by overcoming the springs built therein in the state that the stoppers 25 come into contact with the floor surface.
