PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved rotary massager for curing stock meat, soaked in a curing solution, for ham, sausage or the like, capable of removing unwanted bacteria from the tank to a very high extent and preventing the solution in which the stock is immersed from being imprudently sucked into the pump. SOLUTION: This rotary massager is for a stock for meat or the like, treated in a cylindrical tank 1, which is designed in such a way to be freely opened or closed by a lid body 3 at the upper opening, to move between the upright and horizontal positions, and to rotate while it is in the horizontal position, where the tank inside is opened to the outside by an air passage 20 running axially through the lid body 3 at the center and holding an adsorbent inside to adsorb unwanted bacteria and the entrained solution.
