PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member mounting structure which is constituted to mount a mounting member to a member to be mounted by inserting curvilinear pawls disposed at the other of the mounting member or the member to be mounted into engaging holes disposed at either one thereof and engaging these curvilinear pawls with the inside wall surfaces on the peripheries of the engaging holes and occupies the smaller space required by the mounting member at the time of mounting of the mounting member. SOLUTION: The engaging holes 4 are formed to a size to allow the insertion of the curvilinear pawls 5 in an approximately mounted state and are so constituted that the curvilinear pawls 5 inserted into the engaging holes 4 are movable in the state of the posture to the engaging positions where the pawls have the state of engaging with the inside wall surfaces on the peripheries of the engaging holes 4. The mounting structure is provided with projecting bodies 53 which prohibit the movement of the mounting member 3 in the counter extension direction of the curvilinear pawls 5 by fitting into the engaging holes 4 at the engaging positions.
