PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a substance for relaxing stress applied to cultured fishes or crustaceans thickly cultured and reared in a narrow environment, activating immunological functions essentially possessed by the fishes and shellfishes and preventing diseases and useful for raising healthy and safe fishes and shellfishes and crustaceans. SOLUTION: This drug is obtained by mixing and culturing Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus pumilus belonging to the genus Bacillus, providing a peptide, other metabolites and products and using the resultant metabolites, products or a fermentation mixture containing the metabolites or products as an active ingredient. The resultant drug has immunopotentiating and prophylactic effects on infectious diseases and antistress effects. Furthermore, the feed containing the drug added thereto is obtained.
