PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form an epoxy-based sheet having a reflection layer and to obtain a reflection type substrate sheet useful for formation of a liquid crystal cell having a reflection layer inside. SOLUTION: In the producing method of a sheet 5, a light-shielding or a semi-transmitting long-length light-reflecting sheet 1 is successively travelled, to which epoxy resin coating liquid is successively applied 21 into sheet-like and cured 3 to continuously produce an epoxy resin cured layer 22 adhered to the sheet 1. The substrate sheet 5 has the layer 22 on the reflection layer of the sheet 1, and the reflection layer can be separated from the sheet. By this method, a reflection type epoxy-based sheet having various physical properties such as excellent optical characteristics and thin film forming property can be continuously produced in an easy process. Moreover, the mass production rate and thickness can be easily controlled. Thereby, a cell substrate useful for formation of a liquid crystal cell having a reflection layer inside can be obtd. by delaminating the light-reflecting sheet from the supporting base body.
