PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat exchanging performance by employing a heat exchanging tube having inner fins where a plurality of protrusions and recesses including ridges, first flat parts, roots and second flat parts are arranged in specified positional relationship thereby mixing heat exchanging medium flowing through the tube uniformly. SOLUTION: In a multi-flow type heat exchanger constituting a condenser, a plurality of heat exchanging tubes extend in parallel between a pair of headers. Inner fins 12 forming a large number of ridges 14 and roots 15 are inserted into each heat exchanging tube and thereby a plurality of protrusions and recesses 18 forming ridges 14 flat parts 16, roots 15 and flat parts 17 sequentially and repeatedly are arranged contiguously each other. Adjacent protrusions and recesses 18 are arranged in such a positional relationship as the flat part 16 of one protrusions and recesses 18 forms the flat part continuous to the flat part 17 of the other protrusions and recesses 18 and the flat part 17 of one protrusions and recesses 18 forms the flat part continuous to the flat part 16 of the other protrusions and recesses 18.
