PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooperative work supporting device capable of controlling the timing to present a message or the style of presentation corresponding to the condition of a cooperative work site and the relation of participants with the cooperative work site. SOLUTION: A communication means 1a performs communications with terminal equipment 3-1 to 3-3 or the other cooperative work supporting device. When any participant accesses the cooperative work site, an access information managing means 1b manages information on that participant and operation performed to the cooperative work site. While referring to the information managed by the access information managing means 1b, a proceeding condition discriminating means 1c discriminates the proceeding condition of work on the cooperative work site. Corresponding to the proceeding condition of work, a notice information generating means 1d generates notice information. A notice information dispatch destination selecting means 1e selects the destination to dispatch the notice information. A notice information dispatching means 1f dispatches the notice information to the selected dispatch destination. When a prescribed notice information is dispatched from the other cooperative work site provided by a cooperative work supporting device 1 or the other cooperative work supporting device, a notice information processing means 1g executes processing corresponding to that notice information. |
