PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and assuredly install an electric protection anode material on a reinforce concrete bridge specially on a beam and a slab without requiring a large scale support. SOLUTION: In case of a beam, a permanent type frame 2 having an electric protection anode material fitted into a precast concrete made thin wall U-section body is fitted from the lower part of a beam 1 by opening a gap 5 on the outside, a U-shape band steel plate 3 is abutted on the outside of the permanent type frame 2 in a plurality of places in the longitudinal direction, respective band steel plates 3 are fixed by a plurality of anchor bolts 4, and the permanent type frame 2 is retained by the beam 1. Under this condition, the permanent type frame 2 is integrally formed with the beam 1 by filling the gap 5 with nonshrink mortar by passing through the bottom of the permanent type frame 2. In case of a slab, a slab is used in place of the permanent type frame.
