PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe molding method and a device capable of molding a pipe in short time while preventing occurrence of crack and buckle. SOLUTION: A working pipe 5 which is fulfilled with water and tightly closed at its both ends 6, 7 with sealing jigs 8, 9 being installed for covering is arranged between an upper die 1 and a bottom die 2. In a case that the pipe 5 is press pressurized, when a hydraulic pressure in a first water discharge pipe 20 connecting with the working pipe 5 is increased to a given value, an opening/closing valve 23 connecting with the first water discharge pipe 20 is opened for discharging the water in the pipe 20 so as to adjust the hydraulic pressure in the pipe 5 and the pipe 20 to the given value. By controlling the hydraulic pressure in the working pipe 5 at a given value, occurrence of crack or buckle can thus be surely prevented while the working pipe 5 is molded in a given shape in a short time.
