PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new compound having excellent antagonism against a tachykinin receptor, especially a substance P receptor, and useful as a preventive or treating agent for dysuria or the like. SOLUTION: A compound of formula I [R1 to R3 are each H or a 1-6C alkyl; the ring A is a homocycle or heterocycle capable of having 1-3 substituents (two adjacent substituents may form a ring by bonding to each other); the ring B is benzene capable of having 1-5 substituents (two adjacent substituents may form a ring by bonding to each other); the ring C is benzene capable of having 1-3 substituents (two adjacent substituents may form a ring by bonding to each other)], for example, N-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzyl]-2,3-dihydro-N- methyl-5-oxo-7-phenyl-5H-pyrido [1,2,3-de]-1,4-benzothiazine-6-carboxamide. The compound of formula I is preferably obtained, for example, by reacting a compound of formula II (R4 is OH or the like) with a compound of formula III.
