PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and speedily re-print the whole of even print data of a large volume of information. SOLUTION: Memories are set to both a host apparatus 2 and a printer apparatus 3 connected via a bilateral network. A main control part 5 of the host apparatus 2 has comparing means 8, 11 for comparing a remaining capacity of the memory sent from a remaining capacity management part 26 of a printer- controlling means 21 and an information volume of print data (image data corresponding to the print data), a memory-selecting means 9 for selecting either memory in relation to storage for the print data in accordance with print data comparison information or image data comparison information as the comparison result, and a data form-selecting means 12 for selecting either data form. The main control part also has a memory-designating means 10 and a data form-designating means 13 for generating a predetermined command according to the selection.
