PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a blocking phenomenon in a laboratory, and to evaluate PCM by overlapping the painting surfaces of two precoated metals(PCM) each other, by performing hot pressing under specific conditions, and by measuring the adhesion load. SOLUTION: In the evaluation of resistance to a blocking phenomenon where the coating surfaces of overlapped PCMs adhere each other, a PCM to be inspected is cut to specific dimensions where a contact part is set to approximately 100 mm square or less and 30 mm square or more, target films are overlapped each other, and hot pressing is made. The hot pressing is carried out at 10-50 kPa, and 30-50 deg.C for 5-30 minutes. After the hot pressing, cooling is made at room temperature for approximately 1 minute, a sample is retained by a sucker 3 or the like, an adhesion load is measured by a spring balance 4, a tensile testing machine, or the like. For the same sample, test is made, for example, for three times, and blocking resistance is evaluated to be improper when the maximum value of the measured adhesion load is larger than 4 kPa or the like. The evaluation method can be applied to the PCM of a resin family.
