PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle-measuring device that can simplify and miniaturize the configuration of the device, and at the same time, can detect merely a fine particle in liquid by determination (batch) measurement. SOLUTION: A detection cell 1 being formed by an enclosure for accommodating liquid to be measured and a pressure application part 2 for applying a specific pressure to the liquid to be measured being accommodated in the detection cell 1 apply pressure, a pressure control part 3 for controlling the pressure being applied by the pressure application part 2 changes the pressure, an optical detection part 4 applies light to the liquid being accommodated by an accommodation means for outputting detection light as a detection signal, and an operation processing part 5 performs the operation of detection data of merely a fine particle other than foam being contained in the liquid based on the detection signal being detected before and after the changed pressure state, thus extracting the detection data of merely the fine particle other than the foam being contained in the liquid, and hence accurately analyzing the liquid containing various kinds of fine particles.
