PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax processing accuracy required by a stationary scroll and a movable scroll, and stably supply the proper quantity of lubricant. SOLUTION: A stationary scroll 1 and a movable scroll 2 are housed in a hermetically sealed casing 4 so as to allow the inside of the case to be divided into an upper space 6 and a lower space 7. A lubricant resupplying unit 32 feeding again lubricant 18 discharged together with cooling medium out of a discharge port 16 provided for the stationary scroll 1 in a place close to the circumferential end part of the stationary scroll 1. By this constitution, processing accuracy required by the stationary and movable scrolls 1 and 2 can thereby be relaxed, and concurrently, the proper quantity of lubricant can thereby be stably supplied.
