PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide and lighten a scissors having various properties of a new material by providing filling sections filled with a material different from main material of the scissors at recess sections obtained by providing recess sections on a surface of the scissors. SOLUTION: A scissors 1, for example, a cut scissors, is constituted of two pieces of stainless-steel scissors bodies 2 that are coaxially attached. Recess sections 4' like a diamond shape are provided by recessing at a side of a stationary blade 3, which is conspicuous to the eyes of people, on blade surface A of the scissor body 2 of the scissors 1, and filling sections 4 filled with colored plastics are provided thereon. The filling sections 4 are disposed at equal intervals of width 1 mm at every 3 mm. Since colored diamond fretworks look attractive on the stainless-steel surfaced, excellence in design can be obtained. Lightening of the scissors 1 can be realized by forming a part of the scissors 1 from plastics.
