PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mulch sheet for agriculture, having excellent water permeability and biodegradation resistance. SOLUTION: This mulch sheet for agriculture contains wood pulp as a main component and further an impregnation auxiliary in an amount of 0.05-10 wt.%. The wood pulp contains mechanical pulp in an amount of 30-70 wt.% and chemical pulp in an amount of 30-60 wt.%. The mulch sheet for agriculture has water permeability of 30-500 ml/m2.min.
