PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an efficient utilization of data by easily and surely transmitting/receiving various kinds of data through a LAN, the internet or public telephone line. SOLUTION: A data transmission control part 3 controls the transmission/ reception of plural kinds of data through telephone lines 2 and 2b, LAN I/F part 6 and communication cable 4 and a data analytic part 7 analyzer the format of plural kinds of data received through the data transmission control part 3 and performs analysis for determining a preservation method either from initial setting or from received data based on the format of respective received data. Based on this analyzed result, the data are transformed to an HTML document or the data of TIFF format to be handled by the HTML document by a data transforming part 8. In this case, the processed data are stored in a memory part 9 corresponding to URL information. Besides, a memory control part 10 controls transmission/reception in the case of extracting and utilizing the data stored in the memory part 9 through the data transmission control part 3 by a client. |
