<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a sliding property favourable and to restrain biased abrasion of a lining and brake noise by restraining play of a reaction part of a caliper body and a friction pad on the side of the reaction part and restraining inclination of the caliper body so as to make it possible to easily and temporarily assemble the friction pad on the side of the reaction part on the caliper body. SOLUTION: A projection 14d of a friction pad 8 on the side of a reaction part and a fitting hole 4g of the reaction part 4b are fitted on the disc turning-in side, and the disc turning-out side of the friction pad 8 is supported on a torque receiver step part 3h of a caliper bracket 3. The friction pad 8 is installed on the reaction part 4b by elastically making pad assembly pieces 17b, 17b of a pad spring 17 fastened on the friction pad 8 contact with outer surfaces of reaction claws 4e, 4f and clamping the inside and the outside of the reaction claws 4e, 4f by a back plate 14 of the friction pad 8 and the pad assembly pieces 17b, 17b. The caliper body 4 is elastically repulsed outside in the disc radial direction and the friction pad 8 is elastically repulsed inside in the disc radial direction respectively by making a contact piece 17e of a spring piece 17c elastically contact with an upper bottom wall of a recessed part 24 for piston insertion.</p> |
