PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-layered stretch blow-molded container having low adsorbability, high gas barrier properties and ultraviolet cutting-off properties and good in content protective properties and moldability. SOLUTION: In a bottomed parison 100 consisting of an upper neck part 110 and a lower unstretched blow-molded part 120 of multilayered constitution and characterized by that the material quality of the neck part and the inner layer 121 of the unstretched blow-molded part continuing to the neck part comprises polyethylene terephthalate and the material quality of the outer layer 122 of the unstretched blow-molded part comprises polyethylene terephthalate, the unstretched blow-molded part is subjected to biaxial stretch blow molding by a cold parison system.
