PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which a protruding section of a heat insulating part thermally insulating a cascade condensor installed at near surface of a cryogenic freezer can be temporarily eliminated so as not to become a hindrance in the case of transferring of freezer to a site. SOLUTION: A cascade condenser 4 is assembled through an opening 5 at a rear surface of a freezer after a main body 1A of the freezer is foamed, a first thermal insulating material 9 is set at the opening and an inner cover 1 is fixed. A protruded outer cover 13 is removably arranged outside the freezer, a second thermal insulating material 16 is internally installed between an inner cover and an outer cover and, if the outer cover is removed, the second thermal insulating material may also be removed and the protruded section can be eliminated, so that the freezer can be transported into the site without striking against the loading-in inlet.
