PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the evaporation of fuel in a fuel tank. SOLUTION: This fuel temperature rise suppressing device 2 has a compressor 6 piping connected to a fuel tank 4, and to compress the evaporated fuel generated in the fuel tank 4; a heat exchanger 8 to radiate and liquefy the evaporated fuel force-fed from the compressor 6; and an expansion valve 10 installed in a pipe line connecting the heat exchanger 8 to the fuel tank 4, for releasing the pressure of the evaporation fuel liquefied by the heat exchanger 8. While the heat of the evapolated fuel is radiated in the heat exchanger 8, a part of the fuel is vaporized through the expansion valve 10 taking the evaporation heat to recover the evaporated fuel to the fuel tank 4. Consequently, the fuel in the fuel tank 4 is cooled, and the evaporation of fuel can be suppressed.
