PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm an opening/closing degrees of a valve in a dark place and in various observation directions by constituting an opening/closing degree display part by a scale plate part composed of a nearly cylindrical body protruded from a casing surface in a coaxial direction with a shaft, and a scale formed by recessing integratedly with its circumferential surface and the casing. SOLUTION: An opening/closing degree display part 1 is composed of a scale plate part 5 which consists of a nearly cylindrical body protruded from a casing surface in a coaxial direction with a shaft 10, and a scale 6 protruded integratedly with a circumferential surface of the scale plate part 5 and a casing 4. The scale 6 is arranged along a circumferential surface of the scale plate part 5 on a position where a valve opening is set to 0% (A), 25% (B), 50% (C), 75% (D), 100% (E) at equal clearances. A pointer tip part 3 of a pointer 2 having flexibility is folded along the scale 6, and a hole 7 is disposed. It is thus possible to confirm the scale by contact even in a dark place, and it is also possible to confirm the scaled from a side surface direction by viewing.
