PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly transfer a document sheet, and to eliminate wasteful consumption of an ink ribbon by dividing a drive system of a stamp producing device into a first drive system for a paper feed part side and a second drive system for a printing part and a preparation part. SOLUTION: A stripe layer attached to a document sheet 8 is sensed by a first sensor arranged between a paper feed part 6 and a printing part in order to separately drive a first drive motor 70 of a first drive system to drive a delivery roller 20 of a paper feed part 6 to feed the document sheets 8 stacked in a magazine body one by one and a second drive motor 73 of a second drive system for a platen roller 13 of the printing part and roller pairs 22, etc., to transfer an ink ribbon cartridge to a winding side and a preparation part. The second drive motor 73 is started, the document sheets 8 are received at the platen roller 13 part, and then, the first drive motor 70 is stopped.
